Vegetables- Finely chopped garlic and ginger, 1 small finely chopped onion and finely chopped capsicum (Did not count calories)
Seasoning- Salt, paprika powder, oregano, chilli flakes, sugar free (Did not count calories)
Sauces- Soya sauce, vinegar, hot sauce (half teaspoon each)
Take cubed paneer and crisp then on a pan from all sides.
In a wok, add oil, add chopped garlic and ginger to it. Add the finely chopped vegetables and give it a stir. Try to maintain the crunch of the vegetables.
In a small bowl, mix the sauces and the seasonings together. Add it to the vegetables. Immediately add the roasted paneer to it and give it a mix.
