Chicken - 100 grams - Cut into strips
Quinoa - 50 grams
Chickpeas - 50 grams
Mustard sauce - 8 - 10 grams
Olive oil - 8 - 10 grams
Lettuce as per liking
Cabbage as per liking - Long slices
Capsicum 20 grams - Diced
Salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste and apple cider vinegar
Add all the chopped veggies into a bowl
Boil the chickpeas and the quinoa

Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and ginger garlic paste
Cook the chicken on a pan with a little bit of oil
Add it to the salad bowl
