Ingredients

Salsalito wrap -1 Chicken breast (shredded)-100 GMs Curd- 10 GMs Mayonnaise-5 GMs Thinly sliced Onions Dry spices Oil -3 ml

Method

Step 1

Step : in a bowl, mix GMs shredded chicken breast with dry spices like black salt, black and white pepper, coriander powder, Paprika powder, garam Masala, turmeric powder, roasted jeera powder, half squeezed lemon juice and keep it aside. You may prepare this marination beforehand and keep it for a while or even same time preparation and cooking will also do. Step : cut thinly sliced onions In a bowl mix GMs curd with chilly flakes and black salt. Step : In a pan, put all the ingredients (step ) and cook for minutes covering with a lid. Step : take a wrap, spread curd dip on it, adding some mayonnaise, then add cooked chicken layering with onions and roll it and have it.
