Boneless Chicken breast (medium cut pieces) - 200 GMs Curd- 20 GMs Ghee- 5 GMs Ginger garlic paste Dry spices- salt as per taste, turmeric, garam masala, chicken masala
Step : marinate chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, dry spices. Keep it aside for hours or you may even refrigerate it overnight. Step : heat a non stick pan with GMs ghee. Add marinated chicken. Covering it with a lid, keep frying on both sides until they are cooked. Step : serve it hot.
