Chicken - 150 gms
Butter - 10 gms
Curd - 150 gms
Chicken Tandoori Masala, Salt, Lime Juice, Black Pepper, Ginger Garlic and onion paste for marination.
Marinate(- hrs) the boneless chicken with chicken tandoori masala, gms of curd, salt, Ginger galic paste, onion paste and black pepper.
Pre heat a frying pan.
Add gms of butter.
Shalow fry the chicken in low to medium heat for mins (after mins flip the chicken to the other side)
Make the dip using remaining Curd - Put small tea spoon of black pepper, salt as per taste and suger free. Other spices can also be added as per taste.
