1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Turmeric powder, Kashmiri Red chilli powder, Garam Masala, Salt as per taste
Oil 10Gms
vegetables of your choice as per macros(I didn't had any so made without vegetables)
First soak rice for mins
Put oil in cooker and saute onion till light brown.
Add in ginger garlic paste and then after a min add in chicken.
Add the masalas and cook the chicken for mins and then add paneer and then soaked rice.
Put the desired amount of water and adjust salt.
Cook for whistles and your meal is ready. You can have with salad and curd(if its in your macros)
