Ingredients

Oil : 50 gm Besan : 50 gm Chicken breast: 200 gm Use salt, spices,Turmeric powder, curry leaves,ginger,garlic,onion,tomatoes, green chili as per your taste .

Method

Step 1

•Mix the chicken breast pieces  with ginger paste, chopped chilli, cumin ground coriander, chilli flakes and chicken masala and marinate in the fridge. •Take the chicken out of the fridge and add salt, besan and spices as per your taste. •Mix together to combine, then add in the water a splash at a time until you have a batter about the slightly heavy thickness. •Deep fry the chicken pakora until the coating is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through. •Place in a serving bowl and Serve them hot 😋 *Tip: How to check quantity of oil used : Weigh the cooking oil before frying cutlets, then fry cutlets and after that weigh the left over oil. Substarct this to before frying oil quantity. This is the oil which gets absorbed by the cutlets while frying. Check the calories for this.
