Chicken breast - 450 gms
ghee/butter - 10 gms
chopped ginger - 1tsp
chopped garlic - 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chicken Masala(Tata Sampann preffered) - 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 10 gms
Soya Sauce - 5 gms
Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Chopped onion - 2 medium
Salt to taste
Heat the pan, add the ghee amd add the chopped ginger and garlic
Sautee for a while, put chopped onions onto the pan. Mix it well
Add the chicken next with salt, turmeric powder, chicken masala, chilli powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce
Mix well amd cover in low flame, stir in between
Add water as per your need
