- 200 grams minced chicken
-10 grams ghee/olive oil
-100 grams onion
-100 grams tomato
1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
2 teaspoon kitchen king
10 ml vinegar
1 lemon juice
Salt , black pepper red chilli as per taste
5 grams cornflour
Marinate the minced chicken with cornflour, salt, pepper, red chilli and vinegar for hour
In a pan stir fry chopped onions till golden brown and ginger garlic paste. And later add tomato purée.
Once it’s nicely cooked add salt and kitchen king masala. And than after min add minced chicken
Add water as per the consistency you like and simmer it on low flame for - min, add lemon juice garnish with lot of chopped coriander.
