Chicken Breast Fillet (Sliced in length)
Oil 25ml
1 egg
1 tsp Soy Sauce
25 gms Bread Crumbs
50 gm Rice
Spring Onion -1 for Garnishing
Onion -100 gms chopped
Tomato - 100 gms puréed
Garlic Cloves- 3 Choppee
Ginger - 1 inch piece a Grated
Turmeric Powder
Chilli Powder
Cumin Powder
Black pepper crushed
- To make Sauce - Take tbsp of the oil in a pan, add the onion fry for - minutes then add garlic and ginger; fry for – minutes. Sprinkle in the curry powder, turmeric, chilli powder and tomato (pureed) and stir to coat the vegetables. - Add water and bring to a steady simmer. Cook for - minutes and then add tsp vinegar, honey and soy sauce. Cook for a further - minutes until the sauce has thickened - Take boneless chicken breast – coat it with Salt, pepper and lemon juice - Heat ml oil on non-stick pan – Whisk egg in a bowl – add Soy Sauce - Take chicken breast – Dip in completely in egg – Take out on a plate - sprinkle bread crumbs evenly and cook it - mins each side until chicken is tender - Slice the crispy cooked chicken into inch pieces and serve with the cooked rice in a bowl spring onions/coriander and hot curry sauce.
