Ingredients

chinese noodles -40gms

boneless chicken -200gms

eggs -1

soya sauce-10gms

chilli sauce -8gms

garlic butter -10gms

capsicum, onion, carrot as per taste and macros

salt, pepper

vinegar-8gms

garlic- few pods

Method

Step 1

Boil the noodles til Ala-dente and keep aside

Step 2

In a pan add garlic butter and fry the well chopped garlic until almost brown

Step 3

Next add onion and veggies and cook on high flame for few mins

Step 4

next add finely chopped chicken and cook in high flame

Step 5

Once the chicken is almost done add all spices and sauces....mix till they are coated well

Step 6

Next add the noodles and mix till everything is evenly coated

Step 7

Finally top it with a sunny side up and garnish with green onions
