150 gm chicken thigh boneless
80gm uncooked rice
2tsp soya sauce
1/4 tsp vinegar
salt and pepper
15gm ghee
Ginger garlic paste
150gm vegetables
Preparation: Marinate chicken pieces in Salt, pepper, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste and keep for mins. Cook rice in boiling water with some salt and let them cool at room temperature for an hour. In non stick pan, Cook chicken on medium flame on each sides for around - mins. Keep it aside. In same non stick pan, heat some ghee and then add minced garlic. Then put all vegetables in it and stir for seconds and cover and cook for - mins. Mix rice and chicken and add tsp soya sauce, and few drops of vinegar. Add salt and pepper per taste and mix well at high flame. Yayy. It's done.. ❤️
