200gm chicken breast
35gm curd
veggies (45gm onion and 60gm capcicum)
8gm ghee
60gm rice
spices like salt, red chilli, turmeric, chicken masala, Maggi masala and garam masala
first we have to marinate the chicken breast so add add the spice in curd and marinate the chicken breast and keep it in a refrigerator for minimum hr or u can keep it for longer time too
boiled rice in a pressure cooker (u can use quantity as per ur macros).
add ghee in a pan and cook the marinate chicken breast for atleast mins on low to medium flame (keep tossing the chicken breast in between)
after mins, check the chicken and if it is cooked, take it out in a seperate bowl
now add the veggies on the same pan that we used for Chicken and add pinch of salt and red chilli (if u like extra spices) and saute it for - mins on low to medium flame
now add cooked boiled rice into veggies followed by cooked chicken and mix everything together and let it cook for min more
squeeze half lemon on it and ur chicken fried rice is ready to eat. Enjoy 👍
