Chicken breast- 200gms
Onion 60gms
oil 10gms
butter 2gm
egg whites- 3
veggies of your choice finely chopped- 150gms
raw rice- 80gms
soya sauce- 3gm
vinegar- 3gm
ginger garlic paste- 1big table spoon
Black pepper, salt, Kashmiri laal mirch, chicken masala (as per taste)
potatoes 150gms
Prep for marination previous night: mix chicken, potatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, Kashmiri laal mirch, chicken masala and marinate it overnight. also you can chop veggies finely. Next day: On a pan add oil and once it's hot, add marinated chicken and mix it well. separately if possible microwave your veggies (it will help in getting veggies cooked faster) and once chicken is half Cooked put your veggies and then mix it well. now in middle of the pan create some space, put butter and add egg whites and some salt. cover the lid..once egg whites gets Cooked mix with with the chicken. now finally add cooked rice and mix well. check salt. and finally add black pepper. you can add spring Onions if available. enjoy 💪🤘
