Garlic - 4cloves
Ghee - 10g

Marinate the chicken with chilli powder, tumeric powder and tbsp ginger garlic paste and set it aside. . Chop up onion, tomatoes, garlic finely. . Add ghee to the pan and throw in some cumin and mustard seeds, now throw in the garlic and onion and cook until soft. . Add tomatoes and with that salt,chilli powder and dhaniya powder to taste, cook until soft. . Now add the marinated chicken and mix it all together. . Add / glass of water. . Cover with lid and let it cook for -mins.(mix in between) Enjoy it with roti, bread or rice.
