Salt to taste 1/2 tea spoon or as per your taste
1 /2 tea spoon Biryani masala . I used Shaan biryani masala or less than that as per your taste
1 /2 tea spoon chilli powder or less than that as per your taste
Ghee/butter/oil 10gm
Water -350 ml
In a pan Heat oil . Add onion , Tomato and fry for a min . Add ginger garlic paste and chicken , coriander fry for few min . Add biryani masala powder, salt and chilli powder . Add rice and water . Add water and cook with medium flame. . Tasty biryani ready .
