Chicken boneless cut into strips - 200 grams
Curd - 80 grams
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Egg - 1
Salt, pepper, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, curry leaves, dried red chilli
Marinate the chicken with tsp salt, half tsp pepper, tsp red chilli powder, tsp coriander powder, tsp garam masala, tsp ginger garlic paste, tsp vinegar and chopped curry leaves (good amount)
Crack an egg into the chicken and mix and coat the chicken well
On a pan take some ghee and fry the chicken nicely until nice and red and keep it aside
Put the rest of the ghee in the pan, add some mustard seeds and let them cook and crack, then add some cumin seeds and cook it well too, now add dried red chilli and let it cook in the ghee, add another tsp of ginger garlic paste and let it cook
Add curry leaves to this and let it become crunchy, now the tadka is ready
In a cup take the curd and put some red chilli powder and salt in it and mix it well
Add the curd to the pan and mix the ingredients well together so all of it incorporates well
Add the chicken to the pan and let the masala coat it well
And there you have it! Your chicken is ready to be enjoyed!
