onion 20 gms
butter 10gms
salt, parsley, chilly flakes, green chilly to taste
add butter, onion, green chilly and saute with little salt
add paneer and cook for mins
gather all the mix together to the center of the pan and add egg to the center of the mix
top up with salt, parsley, flakes and any of your choice.
cover the pan with a lid and cook egg as you needed of yolk consistency
add cheese slice over it and cover the pan and cook for another mins and transfer to the plate
cook complete dish in medium and simmer flame to avoid burns.
