Ingredients

2 whole Egg, 1 egg white

1 cheese slice/ cube

2 slice of bread

Tomato and other veggies of choice

Method

Step 1

Break eggs and add it to a bowl.

Step 2

Add salt , black pepper and whisk it till fluffy.

Step 3

Pour the mixture on a non stick pan and let it cook on a low flame for min.

Step 4

Add thinly sliced tomatoes on the top and Cook for another min.

Step 5

Flip the omelette and cook on the other side for mins.

Step 6

Take it out on a plate and enjoy with toasted bread.
