150 gm chicken breasts minced using chopper
100 gm potato boiled and mashed (see my cheesy fried potatoes recipe for cooking potatoes in 3 mins)
100 gm broccoli florets chopped using chopper
25 gm onion finely chopped
1 cheddar cheese slice (20g) cut into 4 squares. Make cubes out of the 4 squares.
7 gm olive oil
Salt to taste
preferred masalas( i used jeera, dhania, paprika, garlic, ginger)
Combine all the ingredients (except cheese slice) with gm oil.
Cover and refrigerate for mins.
Take out and make big balls. Flatten the ball and then fill it with cheese cube. Make patties.
Heat a non stick pan on low flame. Cook the patties on low flame turning each side until cooked through. will take approx. mins. enjoy with your favourite sauce/dip.
