Chana Dal- 100 gms
Onion chopped - 100 gms
Tomatoes- 100 gms
Garlic chopped – 5 gms
Garam Masala powder- 5 gms
Dry mango Powder- 2.5 gms
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 2.5 gms

Put chana dal in a pan. Cook dal with . glasses of water and salt till it softens. Remove from heat and keep aside.
Heat oil. Fry jeera and onion. Add lahsun and adrak. Fry for minutes while stirring at all time.
Add garam masala and amchoor(dry mango powder) to the boiled dal.
Bring it to a boil and add tomatoes. Boil for - minutes, pour in a serving dish and serve hot.
