Soak the Chana- Dal for -hrs . Grind the soaked channa dal with Coriander leaves , green chilli & garlic along with salt till it turns into smooth paste. .In a heated pan ( preferably non-stick ) add Cooking Oil & add chopped onion . . Once the onions turns golden brown add the grinded paste of Chana-Dal & saute it for -min. . Stuff this paste to make Paratha.
