Cauliflower florets 100 gms
Boiled soya chunks 15 gms
Butter/ coconut oil 5 gms
Tomato 10 gms
Cut cauliflower florets into small pieces and soak them in lukewarm water. Take them oht and mix with turmeric powder and chilly powder.
In a pan, put butter, cumin seeds, bay leaves, cloves and put the cauliflower florets.
Fry them all for a few mins and add the boiled/ soaked soya chunks after removing the extra water.
In a bowl, put /th cup water and put coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and chilly powder. Mix this all and add it to the pan.
Add salt to taste and water depending on the amount of gravy you want.
Cover the lid of the pan and cook for another mins. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves (optional). Serve hot with rice or bread/roti.
