Shred the cabbage well and add jeera, salt, green chilli, garlic crushed and coconut with some turmeric, mix well and keep aside
Add oil and mustard seeds, next add onion and sautee well... then add the cooked moong dal, and the mixture mentioned in step
Mix well and close it with a lid so that it cooks in steam.
