) IN A BOWL,ADD YOUR CHICKEN BREAST/THIGHS WITH YOUR MASALAS AND CURD AND LET IT REST FOR HRS. )ON THE OTHER HAND,IN A LARGE POT BOIL YOUR ONIONS,TOMATOES,AND WHOLE GARAM MASALAS TILL SOFT AND MUSHY )LET IT COOL,ONCE COOLED BLEND IT IN MIXER AND KEEP ASIDE. )IN A PAN,SEAR YOUR CHICKEN WITH ALL THE MARINADE TILL COOKED AND GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. )KEEP YOUR CHICKEN ASIDE,IN THE SAME PAN ADD IN YOUR GM BUTTER,RED CHILLI POWDER,GINGER GARLIC PASTE,A DASH OF WATER AND COOK TILL THE RAW SMELL OF THE PASTE GOES AWAY. )THEN IN THE SAME PAN ADD HALF OF THE REMAINING ONIONS AND SAUTE TILL THE GOLDEN BROWN. )ONCE SAUTED ADD IN YOUR MIXED PUREE AND LET IT SIMMER FOR - MIN OR TILL REDUCED BY HALF &ADD IN YOUR CHICKEN PIECES. )THEN ADD IN YOUR GARAM MASALA,RED CHILLI POWDER, CARDAMOM &CUMIN POWDER. )FOR DASH OF SWEETNESS ADD -GM OF SUGAR AND GM OF CREAM. )ADD IN WATER ACCORDING TO HOW THICK YOU WANT THE GRAVY. )GARNISH WITH KASOORI METHI. )SERVE HOT WITH RICE OR PARATHA. #FITTRCOACH #COACHWHOCOOKS #FITTR
