1/8 cup masoor dal
1/8 cup green moong dal
1/8 cup yellow moong dal
1/8 cup Bengal gram
One small onion
2 tbsp grated fresh coconut
One inch ginger
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of black pepper
Pink Himalayan salt to taste
2 dry red chillies
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 small carrot grated
Ghee to drizzle over the dosa
Soak all the lentils and rice over night. Going it to a coarse paste adding all the ingredients in the morning. Add finally chopped onion , grated carrot and coriander leaves. Heat pan and spread the batter into a dosa Drizzle desi ghee.
