Chicken Breast Boneless - 125 grams
Ghee/Oil - 20 grams
Curd - 75 grams
Basmati Rice - 125 grams
Onions, Tomatoes, Green Peas - 100 grams
Marinate Chicken Breast along with Curd, Chilli powder, salt, coriander, pudina and curry leaves, mix well and keep it aside for - hours based on your available time. . Soak Basmati Rice for minutes before cooking time. . Pour oil into a deep vessel, add spices like shajeera, cardamom, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, cloves and others as per your taste and spice level. . After couple of minutes, add onion to the vessel and stir fry till they turn brown. Now, add tomatoes along with green peas and stir fry for few minutes. . Add the marinated chicken and cook it on high flame for mins and then some it down to cook well. Keep stirring as needed, check for salt and add as per your taste if needed. . Once the chicken is well cooked add the soaked basmati rice to the vessel and pour some water. Close the vessel with a lid and let it cook in a simmer for mins or more based on the water level. Make sure to not put too much of water as basmati rice is already soaked well it will cook faster. . Switch off the stove and wait for few minutes and then enjoy your Chicken Pulao.
