STEPS: .take a jar or bowl/any box with lid . Add oats . Add milk & protein powder and give it a shake or mix well without any lumps using spoons . Add stevia as per taste . Add some banana , raisins,desiccated coconut and blueberries ( you can do this step at last when you take of this from refrigerator if you want to feel fresh fruits) . Refrigerate overnight . Have it in breakfast next morning (if you skipped step for overnight,add it in the morning)😋
