Coconut oil. - 5 gram Beet root. - 100 gram Black chana. - 25 gram
Step: Soak black chole (kala chana) overnight. On Next day morning steam cook for minutes. Keep it aside. Step : Once pan heated in medium flame, pour oil and add sliced onion, crushed ginger and beet root cover the pan & cook till it’s half done in low flame. Step : After half cooked add chilli powder, turmeric powder, boiled kala chana with salt . Let’s it cook until raw smell goes off.
