1. Rice : 50 gms 2. Toor dal : 50 gms 3. Ghee: 15gms 4. Chopped carrots and beans 5. half onion and half tomoto (chopped) 6. a small marble sized tamarind(optional) 7. Bisi Bele Bhat powder( MTR brand) 8.Mustard seeds 9. Salt to taste
Wash and soak rice and dal for mins .In a pressure cooker add ghee, mustard seeds, chopped onion and tomato. Saute . Add chopped veggies. Saute . Add soaked rice and dal . Add water . Add gms or tablespoon of Bisi Bele bath powder . Add tamarind and salt to taste. . Pressure cook for whistles. After the pressure is gone, adjust the consistency with more water.
