Besan - 60 gms
Whey - 30 gms
Ghee - 45 gms
Sugar free - 4 gms
Elaichi powder - as per taste
Add ghee to pan and heat it
Once it's hot and melted add besan and roast gradually on low flame
Keep the flame low all the time and keep stirring continuously. This is the most difficult phase just keep stirring else besan can get charred and it will turn Laddoos to be bitter in taste.
Once the besan has changed its colour slightly add whey, turmeric and elaichi powder and keep stirring
Swicth off the gas and add sugar free and mix it properly
Once the mixture cools down start forming Laddoos. It's very easy they just get formed quickly.
Keep them in fridge for minutes or so to set.
