dry roast besan and ghee till it turns light brown
then addgm ghee and roasted besan and soya chunks powder for more mins
add water accordingly to make pouring consistency
add sugar
cook it till it become little thick
now take gm ghee and roast almonds ,kishmish in it
garnish Sheera with these roasted dru fruits
and sheera is ready to serve.
