â˘30 gm besan / gram flour â˘5 gm oil â˘salt,turmeric, spices as per your taste. â˘ajwain/Jakhiya as per choice. â˘25 gm finely chopped onion and tomatoes â˘coriander leaves (finely chopped) â˘Green chilli (finely chopped)
â˘Take gm besan in a mixing bowl. â˘add in turmeric, salt, ajwain to taste. â˘add ½ cup water or little more. â˘mix it to form a smooth batter. â˘Add finely chopped gm onion, gm tomato,coriander leaves, ginger and green chilli. â˘Mix well to get a flowing consistency batter. â˘Put gm oil in pan,spread it and pour batter into a hot frying pan/tawa and spread gently. â˘Allow to cook on medium flame. â˘Flip the chilla and cook both sides. â˘Its ready, enjoy hot chilla đ
