Suji/semolina : 35gms
Beetroot puree: 20-gms(boil it first to soft and then blend it to puree)
Oil: As per macros
Green chillies optional
Yoghurt 1tsp
Baking soda:pinch
Salt as per taste
STEPS: . Make beetroot puree and pour into bowl . Add suji, yoghurt,salt, baking soda and mix well without lumps . Keep it aside for - mins . After mins heat pan . Mix the mixture well . Grease oil to pan . Once pan is heated well on high flame . Pour batter and make your cheelas . Alternatively flip sides . Enjoy your cheela with yoghurt or chutney of your choice
