Boil beet root. Take wheat flour and add all the spices along with ginger garlic paste. Now grate boiled beet root and paneer. Bind a dough and let it rest for - mins. Make paratha out of it using some ghee and enjoy it with cucumber raita (curd ). PS: parathas were made out of the given quantity
