vanilla essence 1 tsp
honey 1 tsp
mix seeds 1 tsp
chopped almond 4 piece
take half glass milk, add tbsp chis seed, add honey and vanilla essence. mix these and left it for hours.
Cut banana and almond.
After hrs, take glass or jar assemble on layering. Then put banana, again do layering
Garnish it with chopped almonds and mix seeds.
