50gm. Potato 30gm. Onion 50gm. Flour 25gm. Paneer 5gm. Oil

Method

Step 1

boil the potatoes. heat gm. oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, garlic, ginger and chopped onion.. saute untill golden brown

Step 2

add turmeric, red chilli and coriander powder, mix well and add mashed potatoes and grated paneer.

Step 3

add salt and let it cook for mins. add dry mango powder and garam masala... mix well and cook for another mins.

Step 4

Add salt and / tea spoon baking powder to the flour and knead a dough. you can add some oil in the dough for more crunch if your diet chart allows.

Step 5

keep the dough aside for mins. Then make balls ... make a small chapati of the dough not very thin nor thick.. cut it in parts.

Step 6

take one half of the chapati grease water on edges, roll one side and made a cone. fill the potato mix in it and seal the edges.

Step 7

grease all of the samosas and bake it in pre heated gas tandoor for mins on medium flame. turn it and cook for another mins..

Step 8

enjoy it with cold curd or you can make samosa chaat if thats fits in your diet chart

Step 9

facts: it's not as crunchy as fried Samosa but definitely will fit in your diet
