Avacado - 1/2 Eggs -2 pcs I used one and didn’t cover the second toast to show how Avacado filling looks . Chilly flakes Salt Pepper Lemon juice Bread slices Pepper Veggies if choice - I have put onions, tomatoes, red peppers all chopped
/ take ripe Avacado. Mash it well with fork add chilly flakes, pepper powder, salt small amount as salt will be added in eggs as well . Add smartly / add chopped veggies of yr choice . I added onions, tomatoes , red peppers . Mix well and keep aside . / take toasted bread slices . Either toast it on hot tawa or toaster or even air fryer . / once will Crisp ans toasted add the Avacado filling /lastly add egg the way u like - eggs can be poached , half done (sunny side up ) or omelette/ scrambled . I like the sunny side up so it is sunny side up fr my bf . /Add salt pepper on the eggs Eat and relish this yumsome wholesome bf with veggies , prtns , carbs I added coffee by the side . Pls add your fvt drink and njoy Cheers !
