ENO: half tbs
Chutney : Roast peanuts and chana daal in a medium flame. Add slices to tomato into the same pan and add peeled lahsun. Then put all into the jar, add salt and grind it completely . Take -gm of oil into the pan and add half spoon of mustard seeds and some curry leaf. Garnish this into your chutney for better taste . Batter : Soak urad daal and rice overnight . In the morning grind the mixture and make a smooth paste . Add some salt and ENO powder (half tbs) and keep it for some time and then use to make your idli. Sambhar : Put gm of oil into pan . Add mustard seeds the green chillies . Add chopped online once it get brown add tomatoes . Then later once they get soften add chilly powder and sambhar masala . Then add half boiled vegetables and then pour boiled toor daal . Keep it for min to get it boiled . Then switch off the flame . Idli Recipe : Add water into idli maker and then pour batter into idli plates . Put it inside the wassle and cover it . Keep it for min in a medium flame . check your idli is ready . Note: for presentation purpose the colour shown used food colour for plating.
