30g moong dal
200g ash gourd
5g mustard oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Nigella seeds
1 green chilli
1 dry red chilli
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt as per taste
Heat pan, add oil
add Nigella seeds, dry red chilli and green chilli, let it crackle
add lentils, fry till golden
chop the ash gourd and add it to the pan
add salt, turmeric powder, fry till done
add garam masala and cover the pan for mins
serve hot with rice
