Smash boiled potatoes
In a kadai take gm oil and saute tsp cumin, ½ tsp coriander seeds, ½ tsp fennel,pinch hing and tsp chilly powder
Add smashed potatoes
Make dough ball with gm atta by mixing gm oil,ajwain and water
Dough has to be firm , stiff and not sticky
Pinch a ball sized dough
Roll the dough into oval shape.
Now cut it horizontally, diving into equal portions using a knife.
Grease with water and make cone.
Stuff tbsp of prepared samosa masala into the cone.
Grease little water on the edges.
Close and seal tightly by pressing firmly.
Air fry samosa for mins at degree.
Turn samosa occassionally
Once the aloo samosa turns golden and crisp,you can remove them
Finally enjoy aloo samosa
