Ingredients (for batch of 6 samosa): 90 grams whole wheat flour 186 grams boiled potatoes, mashed 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste) Salt to taste 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional, adjust to taste) Cooking spray or 5 grams of butter (for air frying)

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Step : In a mixing bowl, combine g of whole wheat flour and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water while kneading to make a stiff dough. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for - minutes. πŸžπŸ§‚πŸŒ§οΈ πŸ”₯ Step : Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. Add / tsp each of cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Stir and cook for a few minutes. πŸ₯”πŸ³ 🌢️ Step : Add / tsp of turmeric powder, / tsp of garam masala, / tsp of red chili powder (adjust to your taste), and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another - minutes. πŸŒΆοΈπŸ§‚ 🌿 Step : Add tbsp of chopped fresh coriander leaves and finely chopped green chili (adjust to your taste, optional). Mix and cook for a minute. Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool. πŸŒ±πŸŒΆοΈβ„οΈ 🍘 Step : Divide the rested dough into small balls and roll each one into a thin oval or round shape. πŸ₯–πŸ”΅ πŸ”ͺ Step : Cut the rolled dough in half to make two semi-circles. πŸ”ͺπŸ”„ πŸ₯Ÿ Step : Take one semi-circle, wet its straight edge with a little water, and fold it into a cone shape. πŸ₯ŸπŸ’§πŸ”Ό πŸ₯” Step : Fill the cone with the potato mixture. πŸ₯”πŸ₯Ÿ πŸ” Step : Seal the open edge of the cone by pressing it firmly.
