Egg white - 4
Low calorie sweetener - 5 g
Vanilla essence - Few drops
Salt - A pinch
Separate the egg whites from the yolk. Add sweetener, vanilla essence & salt to it.
Make sure there's no egg yolk in the whites as it stops the egg whites from frothing up when whisked. Beat the egg whites with a whisk until it becomes frothy & makes soft peaks.
Take a cupcake mould (I used a silicone one) & pour the frothy egg whites into the cups. Put it in an oven for about - mins at °C.
Once you see the Souffle has become nice & brown at the top. Take it out & let it cool for a few minutes.
