Wrist Extensor Stretch (Long)

Workout Steps
- Steps 1
Grasp the hand of the lifted arm with the other hand and bend the wrist down until a stretch is felt across the top of forearm
- Steps 2
In other words, hold the fingers and pull them down and backwards
- Steps 3
If instructed, you can curl the fingers below
- Steps 4
It will increase the stretch
- Steps 5
Pause
- Steps 6
Then relax
- Steps 7
Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
Preparation
Stretch your arm out in the front with your palm facing down. Keep your elbow straight.
