- Steps 1
Use the other hand to gently pull the head to the same side as of the hand
- Steps 2
Keep looking straight ahead
- Steps 3
Keep shoulder down on stretching side
- Steps 4
Pause for as long as you can
- Steps 5
Release and come back to the starting position.
Preparation
Stand straight. Place one hand behind the back. This is the starting position.
