Workout Steps
- Steps 1
Stand on it with the injured/affected leg and try to maintain balance
- Steps 2
Aim for over 30 seconds without excessive movement at the ankle or arms
- Steps 3
You may Progress by closing eyes standing in corner of a room or by catching an object thrown by someone
- Steps 4
Repeat for the prescribed number of reps
- Steps 5
