Workout Steps
- Steps 1
Gently tilt one shoulder down and back drawing the shoulder blade to the opposite hip pocket
- Steps 2
Pause and come back to the starting position
- Steps 3
You may perform 1 arm at a time or both together
- Steps 4
Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
Preparation
Stand straight with hands by your sides. This is the starting position.
