Now, raise your arm up to 45 degrees and hold
- Steps 2
After a pause, bring your hand to the starting position
- Steps 3
If instructed work within the pain-free range
- Steps 4
Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
Preparation
Stand straight and step on a resistance band with one foot. Grasp the other end of the band with the hand and your thumb should face up. Your arm should be 30 degrees forward. This is your starting position.
