Now, raise your arms up to 45 degrees

Then bring them down to the starting position
- Steps 3
If instructed work within the pain-free range
- Steps 4
Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
Preparation
Stand straight and step on a resistance band with your feet. Grasp the two ends of the band with both the hands and your thumbs should be on the top. Your arms should be 30 degrees forward. This is your starting position.
