Workout Steps
- Steps 1
While standing on your toes at pigeon stance, exhale and slowly raise your heels and pause at the top for a second
- Steps 2
Keep the knees straight at all times
- Steps 3
Now, inhale and lower your heels and stretch them at the bottom
- Steps 4
Return to the starting position
- Steps 5
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
Preparation
Set yourself under the shoulder pads of the machine.
